At Roosevelt University, academic advising is an active partnership between student and advisor, with the goal to develop, clarify, and evaluate a student’s educational plans and align them with the student’s goals.
Disability Services is a branch of the Learning Commons providing academic accommodations to students with documented disabilities. Disability Services supports students in acquiring academic accommodations, advocates for their academic needs, and connects students to learning support resources during their time at Roosevelt University.
We offer study spaces for individual and group use. We also host focused workshops and social events, and offer direction on RU resources for student success. On the Chicago campus, our location in the RU Library which offers convenient access to library staff and resources.
The OSR seeks to nurture and encourage students with their academic experiences by expanding opportunities that facilitate, support, fund, and recognize student research and mission-related creative and scholarly projects.
