Creating a Folder

1. You will find your One Drive by going to the upper left-hand corner of your email (There is a square of small squares). Select OneDrive from the options.

2. Select Create/Folder

3. Name the folder

Instructions For Sharing a Folder or Document

1. Hover the mouse over the folder you want to share. You will see an icon of an arrow.

2. Select Anyone with the link can view

3. Select Specific People

4. Select Allow editing and then, Apply

5. Begin typing in the name of the person you will be sharing the folder with and names will auto-populate. Find the correct person's name and select it.

6. You will now see the person's name. Select Send

7. This person will receive an email with the link to the folder you have shared.

Note: This same process can be used to share a file.
