iPad Video Equipment Contract
I agree to be responsible for (1) iPad, (1 ) iPad charger, (1) ipad case, (1) wide-angle lens, iPad mount, (1) tripod, (1) mount, and (1) microphone kit for the checkout period (which is the maximum of 1 WEEK). I am aware that I am liable for the replacement of this equipment (see prices on the back of contract) should I not return the equipment in good working condition. Library fines will occur when damage or missing parts are verified by library staff. Failure to pay the fines will result in a hold on your Roosevelt University account, which, in addition to the loss of library and I-Share privileges, may prevent you from being able to register for classes. No renewals allowed.
I ASSUME LIABILITY FOR THE IPAD KIT, TRIPOD, AND ALL ITS REMOVABLE PARTS
