Using PowerPoint to Create Videos

Inserting Background Music

1. Find an audio clip (See Free Music Downloads box or find your own)  
2. Insert audio on My PC Arrows showing where to select insert audio from the computer

3. Select the icon and Audio Tools will appear

4. Select Playback tab

5. Choose the following:

  • Play in Background
  • Play Across Slides
  • Loop until Stopped
  • Start: Automatically
  • Volume: Low
  • Hide During Show (This hides the icon)
