The MLA style of citation refers to the Modern Language Association citation format. Refer to the only MLA Style Center website or the MLA Handbook For Writers of Research Papers, 8th ed. which is available in print for use in the library at both the downtown campus Auditorium and Schaumburg campus libraries. MLA style is often used in Humanities research papers.

It integrates with Microsoft Word and Google Docs which allows you to insert in-text citations while typing your paper. You will need to create an account to use this cite. See the RefWorks page for information on how to set up account and use this tool.
