#3 Finding subject-specific databases

  • Go to Research Guides by Subject web page

  • Use library databases to find:

    • Journal articles

    • News or magazine articles

    • Dissertations or theses

    • Streaming video or music

  • Databases may include full-text articles, abstract only, only citation information, or a combination 

#4 Finding books, articles, DVD's, etc. from main library search box

  • Defaults to searching all items found in Roosevelt

  • Printers use Greenprint. You can:

    • Create/change pin for easier printer access

    • Use the Web Print option to send papers, stored on your computer, to a server then:

      • Print it from a campus computer

      • NOTE: Paper only stays on the server for 2 hours. You will need to redo the process after that time has elapsed.
