Roosevelt University Library provides access to streaming video collections through annual subscription licensing. The subscriptions are evaluated on cost per use, maintenance, and sustainability of products over time. The licenses include permission to use the streaming content in Blackboard. Some content is also available with public performance rights. Due to copyright law and restrictions, the library will not digitize analog or existing digital media for use on Blackboard.
