The quickest option for finding books is to look in the RU Catalog to see if the library owns a copy of the book you need.
When you have found a book in the RU Catalog, look at the information in the Location tab, as well as its Call Number and Status:
To request or renew books in the catalog, you need to create an account.
The library owns a number books and e-books that make up special and focused collections on topics such as the New Deal and effective teaching, as well as books written by Roosevelt faculty and children's books.
To learn how to find and access these books, visit our Special and Focused Collections research guide.
If you find a book in the RU Catalog that is available at a different campus, you can request to have that book sent to the library location of your choice.
Click the Request Item tab in the middle of the book's page in the catalog, and log in with your VuFind username and password. Click the drop down box next to the words Choose Pick-Up Location and select which library location you would like to visit to pick up the book. After the request has been sent, you will receive an email in your Roosevelt email account to let you know when the book is available to pick up at that location.
