Newspaper headlines often are in sentence case (Only the first letter of the first word is capitalized). For example:
In a rare, public event, Sondheim sings Sondheim.
You should put your title in Title Case, which each letter capitalized: In a Rare, Public Event, Sondheim Sings Sondheim.
